Mating Contract for Purebliss Bungalow Bill
Between Jacky Bliss (owner of male) of .......................................................................................................and ..................................(owner of female) of .......................................................................................................
WHEREBY IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
The fees for the mating service of Purebliss Bungalow Bill is £500 this includes board for 7 days. If there is no pregnancy, then a repeat mating and board for 7 days is included in this fee. The return mating is limited to the same male and female, with the same conditions of contract. Only one return mating applies unless agreed in writing.
Purebliss Bungalow Bill is fertile and producing, therefore if the female is bred and does not conceive the fault is considered to be with the female. Owner of Purebliss Bungalow Bill reserves the right to refuse stud services for any reason.
The following will be submitted with the arrival of the queen:
- Payment will be made in advance of the mating to the owner of the male by cash, cheque or chip and pin.
- Four generation pedigree of the queen to be mated.
- Active registration slip of the queen.
- written confirmation of negative results for FelV and FIV on blood tests carried out on queen to be mated. Blood tests to have been carried out within 48 hours of arrival.
- Valid vaccination certificate for flue and enteritis.
The queen to be mated must be in full call and in good heath, condition and free of all parasites, such as worms, fleas and ear mites. She should have been treated for worms within the month. The queen must have had her claws clipped before visiting the male.
It is understood and agreed that whilst every care and attention is given to the queen during her stay with Purebliss, she is accepted at the owners risk. A veterinary surgeon will be contacted if there are any concerns regarding your animal. Any costs incurred by Purebliss relating to illness, infection or injury of the visiting queen will be at the expense of the visiting queens owner.
Providing all payment and documentation is in order, on departure of the queen, owner of the male will provide 1. Signed mating certificate 2. copy of entirety form 3. four generation pedigree for GCCF registered cats. For TICA registered cats the owner of the male will provide 1. litter registration form filled in and signed regarding this mating 2. four generation pedigree.
None of the progeny from the mating between Purebliss Bungalow Bill and .......................................... will be released to their new homes until they have reached thirteen weeks of age. All progeny from the mating between Purebliss Bungalow Bill and ....................................... will be registered with GCCF or TICA before they go to their new owners and will have completed a course of vaccination against Cat Flu and Feline Enteritis. They will also have received worm and flea control before going to their new homes and It is strongly recommended that all progeny is microchipped before going to their new owners.
